TL Mainland Trade Fair is an initiative by Mona Matthews, designed to celebrate enterprise and community on the Lagos Mainland.
Mona Matthews is a proudly Nigerian brand renowned for its handcrafted leather shoes and accessories.
It was founded in 2002, by Monalisa Abimbola Azeh, a lawyer turned entrepreneur, Fate Foundation and Lagos Business School (EDC) alumna. Mona Matthews has designed and produced school shoes for prestigious institutions like Loyola Jesuit College Abuja and King’s College Lagos, as well as for individuals in and outside Nigeria.

This same vision inspired the very first TL Mainland Trade Fair (TLMTFair) – created to bring families, entrepreneurs, and brands together to shop, connect, and celebrate enterprise at the heart of Lagos Mainland.
